Get Up & Get Moving!
It’s never too late to get active!
Classes are both chair-based and standing, members are encouraged to work at their own pace. The exercises are suitable for those who have difficulty getting up from the floor, may have existing health problems or have been inactive for some time.
€7 for 45 minute class - pay as you go.
